Nick is both a licensed attorney and a practicing psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). A former military medic, he brings a wealth of clinical, academic, and legal experience to the firm. His unique background allows him to blend medical insight with legal strategy, making him a trusted advocate for healthcare providers and businesses.

Melanie is both a licensed attorney and practicing nurse practitioner with a career spanning clinical care, legal advocacy, and professional leadership. Licensed in California and Arizona, she has represented healthcare providers while continuing her work in pediatrics. A past president of national and state nurse practitioner organizations, she remains a strong advocate for advancing the profession and protecting those who serve in it.
