Nicholas “Nick” Webb is a California-licensed attorney and dual-licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner who has built a career at the intersection of healthcare, law, and leadership. Early Career & Education
Nick’s healthcare journey began in the United States Air Force as an active-duty medic. After his military service, he pursued nursing, becoming an LVN and RN before advancing through higher education. While working full-time, he earned his ASN, BSN, MSN, and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degrees, and later completed his Juris Doctor (JD) degree to expand his ability to advocate for healthcare professionals.

Over more than two decades in nursing, Nick has held a wide range of clinical and leadership roles, including:

Nick has served as graduate (doctoral) nursing faculty at both the University of San Francisco and the University of California, San Francisco, where he has mentored advanced practice nurses and doctoral candidates.
